Wet mower won’t start

Got caught in rain; now won’t start

Usual reasons
1) water in carb float bowl
2) water soaked air filter not passing air
3) wet kill wire & or switch shorting to ground
4) insulation fault in the HT wire allowing spark to short to ground
There is a reason why Honda put that drain bolt in the carb float bowl.
I would start there

Spray the ignition components that got wet with WD40.
