MOWER RUNS FINE BUT CUTS OF WHEN CLUTCH IS ENGAGED OR THE BLADES ARE ENGAGED. HAVE INSTALLED NEW SEAT SWITCH.

Your symptoms point to a seat switch issue which you say you replaced. Any small square relay boxes on that mower that could be causing issues.

Was it the correct switch.
The all look the same but the 4 pin ones can be wired up differently.
