whats the best way to set up a web site for my lawn care business

There are many free website designers. Just search "free website builders". It would be good if you can get a website URL that is not really long, for example www.example'slawncare.com.
You can make good websites using Google Sites, but your URL will be really long--like this: https://sites.google.com/site/example'slawncare.
Also, try to get your website at the top of a search list by following these steps: Improving Your Web Site for Higher Google Rankings.
Lastly, make your site organized. Make sections like SERVICES, PHOTO GALLERY, ABOUT ME, and more. The photo gallery is a good section so you can show off your work. On the home page you want to include a preview of your services so they can just glance at it and see what you do.

And make sure to put your website URL on your flyers, business cards, yard signs, etc. Or else no one will look at it. And as metz12 said, Facebook would be even better! (Along with a website.)

And here is the URL for the Weebly website: http://www.weebly.com/.

Include Acculawnsystems.com technology to your site. This will allow for you to give instant online quotes to potential customers. It's easy, affordable and effective.
