Gravely ztxl zt2800. Same mower different axles. Can I upsize to the 2800s and not have no problem mounting. All that is different is color, deck shape and tire pattern, tires come exzact same size.

Without some modifications, probably not. Also, with some modifications, probably not. Manufacturers specify certain transaxles so it becomes proprietary and you must replace with same one for a smooth installation and operation. Also remember that there can be dozens of different designs with a zt2800 transaxle, or any other one for that matter. I would not try, coming from personal experience. Posting three different threads on same question can be confusing and unnecessary. Hope this helps.

Both the parking brake and control linkages can be mounted differently so they would have to changed and may even need to be modified.

First the EZT uses a cog type parking brake and the ZT2800 uses an internal brake or a disc brake depending which spec you chose, no cog type. So definitely the parking brake linkage will have to be changed out.

Thank you for getting back with me on this. Three different threads is because this first time I ever been on any forum whatsoever and didn't know who all it would reach. My bad
