Hello , I have a 2005 Walker MT mower with 20hp gas engine. Recently I have noticed the tractor is losing power up any sort of incline , forwards or backwards and has a slight squeal in a belt. I have replaced all the belts , fluids are topped up and pulleys are moving freely , same issue. where to go from here ?

Twin cylinder? Post the model/type numbers. Also try starting with one plug wire removed, then try it again the other way around.

Did you clean the pulleys when you replaced the belt?
The belt is slipping if it is squealing. Could be time for new pulleys or a new idler spring.
If the engine RPMs are not dropping then it is not a engine problem.
