I have a new MTEFI and I am wanting to move it around the shop. How do I disengage the gears to push it freely? I m sure there is a lever or something to do so.

I think you'll find there's a lockout lever on top of each of the Hydrostatic Transmissions.open those and it will let you move the mower around.
