Very new, oil leak

Hi gents! Got a brand new craftsman mower. Less than 10 hours. Decent oil leak. Should I get it fixed or return it to Lowe's? It is under the air intake. Not the greatest pic

Yea, Lowe's says I got 3 months to return. I will. A pretty good oil leak this new is not a good omen. Thanks!

Probably just a bad valve cover gasket, but as says return it.
