Ultima ZT1 Engine stops

I have a cub cadet Ultima ZT1, 54" (less than 1 year old) and the engine shuts off when the deck is engaged and/or when the arms are pulled in. I disconnected the seat switch and it didn't shut the engine off. Could it be a faulty seat switch causing it to shut off the engine?

bypassed the seat switch and works like a charm now.
