Turf Tiger 72" help

I have been offered a 72" Turf tiger with 500 hrs for $5k

The prices seems not so bad, but can anyone tell me about the liquid cooled engine ? It is not a diesel.
Why liquid cooled and is that a good thing ? Looks alot heavier than reg model ..

The Kawasaki liquid-cooled engine is premium. Taken care of, it will give you thousands of hours of service. If this beast has only 500 hours on it, it's just getting broken in. You do need to pay attention to the radiator debris screen and clean it daily, but other than that, a liquid-cooled engine, like in your car, maintains a stable temperature, doesn't clog up debris and will typically outlast a comparable air-cooled engine.
