Tubeless tire to rim sealant

First I have looked for tubes but I can not find any that are large enough for the oversized agricultural tires (chevron pattern) on this rototiller (4.8 x 8 x 52" outside circumference) or small enough for my 2 wheel hand cart. The rims are painted steel and in perfect condition (no rust).

What do you guys use to stop rim leaks and keep the tire on the rim ?

I have successfully used green tire slime to make the rim seal on a lawn mower tire that kept leaking at the rim. I cleaned the rim well, put the tire on, gooped up the bead with slime, then put the air to it. It sealed and held for years. Still working when I sold the mower.

why don't you stop in a place that sells and mounts tires and ask what they use? I know Walmart and the business I buy my tires use something they apply w/a brush. russ

Some plain old soapy water should do the trick.
If the tyres are coming off the rims then blow them up harder.
If the tyres are old and hard so they can not make a seal try some rubber restore on the bead section of the tyre .
Apply it several times to soften the rubber.

I use spray adhesive.
