My zero turn Troy Bilt runs but spits and sputters like it’s on choke while running. New filters, new oil, new gas, new carburetor. Everything has been changed but motor. Any Help?

Do you have a separate choke & throttle controls ?
have you checked at the carb that the choke is in fact not closed ?
The cables do come loose
