Troy Bilt weed eater

Not big one, small 4 cycle one.
Changed the fuel line and the other line that runs from the carb to the gas tank.

I pump the primer bulb and no gas moves thru the lines.

What did I do wrong...I put the plastic hoses on the carb, ran the lines through the little holes in the gas tank and up the little black filter on the end of the hoses...

When you push the primer does it sound like it is sucking are through the carb and not priming. If so the check valves in the carb are stuck and you will need to replace the carb.

Just make sure you didn't reverse the line anyplace.
