troy bilt tb90bc wont start

working on a tb90bc troy bilt weedeater. we have new lines, primer bulb, spark plug, fuel filter, carb. it is getting spark and compression and still cranks and cranks and wont start. any ideas?

WELCOME to these Forums...

If you have spark & compression that covers most of what is needed ...
Will it start if you spray a fuel substitute into the carb? Use Carb cleaner or ether... if it fires up on that the problem will be fuel delivery.
