Troy Bilt Bronco won't start

Hi, I have a 2009 Troy Bilt Bronco and it doesn't really start. It turns over and only starts when you spray fluid, but it has gas because it spits out of the intake. It has a brand new spark plug and carberator. Please let me know if you know something. Thanks
