Trouble with model identification to find parts

Hi everyone. I was just gifted a push mower that needs a few things. New wheels, kill cable, and possibly a handle, if a small weld doesn't do the trick.

I'm having trouble when I try to look up the model number. I'm told the mower is 15-ish years old. The model number is 11A-433E500

Closest hit I could find has a 5 for the second 3 after the dash. It is a 21" cut. See if that looks right ,
