Transaxle part identification

This part fell out from the bottom of my craftsman zero turn zt7000 while trying to purge it. I have no clue what it is and the mower still only moves a slight bit when bars are all the way foward and backward. Left one works better than the right. What is this part?

Looks like the electric clutch anti spin bracket. Looks like the weld broke lose from the frame.

Look above and too the left of the right rear kohler engine only to the oblong hole in the frame. There is a piece hanging down inside the hole that is partially visible,. I suspect that is your broken part.
