my toro zero turn mower will not go back/forward i tried perjing but still wont go is there somone out there that can tell me what i can do they dont have a top up plug. thanks:confused2::confused2::confused2:

I know this sounds too simple, but is the drive belt on ?
1) is the belt there ?
2) Is the belt actually on both pulleys properly or has it fallen in between the fan & the pulley.
3) is the tension pulley in the right place and making the belt tight.
