Have an electric Toro string trimmer 51831 purchased last summer from Home Depot, 3 year warranty. While trimming the winter cover in the garden a large mature mustard green grabbed the string and sent parts flying. To me the head looks damaged due to how the parts exited. Really pisses me off because this is only the 4th or 5th time I have used it. Anyone have experience with Toro on these small items? The head that appears damaged does not come up in the parts diagram as replaceable so I am guessing the whole trimmer minus the battery will need to be replaced, Do I take it to a Toro warranty station near me, or back to Home Depot. Was purchased 6/13/21, not even a year old.
