No more scraping the head and valve cover. No more silicone gasket maker.

RTV is so yesterday. People are brainwashed into using it. Thinking it is the only sealant out there. Also cheaper on the wallet.

Been talking about a better way of doing chores like this. A non hardening sealant made for oily flanges. No scrape clean ups. Way easier than any RTV of choice. Here it is again. Make it easier on the "next guy".

If anyone out there has a Kohler 7000 series, these kits are the way to go.

I have two suggestions and some may disagree with both. 1) Take the engine apart to determine what failed. A Kawasaki FR engine (Residential), while good, is not the top of their line. I do not think valve lash issues could cause a failure like that. 2) I do not use regular automotive oil in my air cooled engines as, unlike a water-cooled engine, they run hot. I use Powersport or Racing oil as there is no catalytic convertor to damage.
