Did you check to see if the spark plug is still in? That happened to me on another mower. It sounds simple, but it makes a big difference!
Other than that, I don't know. SORRY!

I would check to see if you have spark. The coil may be going bad when it gets hot. If no spark replace the coil.

I would call Toro customer service...they might be able to help you troubleshoot.
