Toro Timecutter Locked Wheels

Hi! Anyone have problems with locked wheels. I have a brand new TORO TimeCutter. Cut grass with it just fine. Went over a thick patch of weeds and the wheels have locked. Mower will turn on but I can't move it. Anyone experience this problem?

Maybe you could post your Model # and a few pictures of the wheels that are locked.

What are the chances that a weed has jumped up and knocked the drive belt off of the hydrostat pulleys.
