Has anyone experienced trouble with their Toro Recycler running rough or went from running to not even turning over? My particular mower has the Toro ( Tecumseh ) engine and it seems that the bolt that holds the bowl on and also acts as the main jet for the carb gets the jets clogged up after every use. If any one else has this problem and has found a way to solve it please let me know.
