toro lx500 doesn't move forward or reverse

Have a 2006 Toro LX500 mower. Recently was cutting the lawn when the mower stopped moving forward. Wouldn't move in reverse. Would move in neutral. Changed the belts and mower moved then after a few minutes stopped moving.

Jack up the rear end and see if the wheels turn by hand.
They will turn in opposite directions because of the diff.
If they turn the remove the rear right wheel and clean then readjust the brake.
