I have a Toro Model 71199. The brake only tends to disengage the drive belt and not completely stop the mower. Any idea what might be wrong? thanks
Also the mower I have doesn't have the part that covers where the grass comes out. I have a mulching blade on it. I just got the mower from a friend and it needs some repair. I've got it in mowing condition, but it throws the grass out big time. I would like to utilize the mulching blade properly. thanks again....
