Toro 4000 kabota turbocharged diesel engine overheating

I have a toro 4000d with a kabota diesel after about half hour it gets hot and moves up into the red Filters are clean , new fan clutch,new water pump, new thermostat, radiator been flushed twice, pulled once to radiator shop for boil . no oil in radiator and no water in oil any ideas

Gauges can go bad. Check ground connection of instrument feed. Do refereee test with another gauge or spot check with infra red temp gun. Is machine running bad when in red zone?

Something that always seemed to work for me if the outdoor ambient temperature is reasonable is to monitor the discharge hose temperature from the start up. On some feeling the hose as time passes as opposed to watching the gauge is beneficial. Does it gradually get warm? Does the bottom of the hose get warm first? Does it never get warm? Dose it stay cold and all of a sudden get really hot?

Where is the temp sensor located, at engine coolant , at intake air temp (manifold). Talk to us if you can. Also consider using another forum catering to true tractors...TractoByNet.

Toro 4000 isn't a "real" tractor!

From TORO manuals..."IMPORTANT: Before stopping the engine after
mowing or full load operation, cool the turbo-char-
ger by allowing the engine to run at low idle speed
for five (5) minutes."
