Toro 20339 hissing noise

hello new member here, owned the toro mower for about year and half (brand new from hd), last time when i mowed (2 weeks ago) i noticed hissing noise while mower is moving, this morning when i mowed the noise persists, i think it might be coming from the wheels because only occurs while its moving.
which area should i be looking into for replacement? do they need to be greased/lubed? sorry for noob question it's the first time i've ever owned a mower, any help would be appreciated. thanks

Most front wheel drive mowers, you remove the wheel and the wheel has a molded ring gear inside of it and then a gear on the axle, might need some lube.
