The one at harbor freight is a 6.5lb torque motor the one on my 20'' is a 7lb torque motor also i never used the harbor freight one and would assume that for the price the quality cannot be there

and you have to order parts through harbor frieght,i dont mind buying low end stuff,but i want my choice of where i get parts
