I have a Toro 30 Timemaster purchased in 2019. I have replaced all belts mower blade spindle's, tightened to cable for blade engagement. New carburetor, air filter. It will not cut thru thick grass without bogging down. Blades have been sharpened.. It used to pull me up hills, now I need to push it like it has no traction. What can I do to get the power back ????

Lost of mowing power is likely the engine is running one cylinder if you have v-twin.
Lost of traction well this has to explained a little better. As for me lost of traction would be tires losing grip which would worn tires. But it is also can be bogging again could be the engine. However hydros puts a lot stress of the engine. Now if you are mowing uphill at the same time then it is mostly likely engine related.
Most times when a v-twin is running on one cylinder deck engagement gives trouble but not always depending the engine size. I just completed an Ariens where the complaint was about cutting tall grass. #1 cylinder was completely dead due a mouse chewing thru the plug wire at the coil.

Time master is a single cylinder engine. Three things I would be checking. 1. Did you use OEM belts and check the tensioner to make sure the arm is moving freely? 2. Is the engine running at the correct rpm speed? Should be at 3200-3300 RPMs under no load. 3. Does the governor try to increase speed under load?
