Replace or tighten anything with play in the front end or steering. I did this on a John Deere 345 last year and it can be costly seeing I had over 400 dollars in just parts and now add labor. Seeing it is a Murray parts just might be a little cheaper??? and labor it depends who is doing it?
if its the steering rod like mine, I took the rod off and drilled it to match a washer and bent the washer to fit in hole tightly then drilled the stem to match bolt and worked great
