Are you working at a local Chevy dealer now? LOL Plug on the right is a leaker.

Not seeing the issue with the plugs.
I just want to say you cannot always blame the shop just because they keep messing up as long as they mean well and don't overcharge

Actually you can because they are suppose know what they are doing and not just old part in it because fits.

Personally I standby my work which why warranty my workmanship. Some shop will even their work. If additional parts are needed I charge for but the additional labor. Now it is only a 30 day warranty but plenty time to find out if the repairs hold up.

Had a snowblower with a flat head Tecumseh come in a while back, the owner said it won't start I replaced the spark plug and it still won't start. Gave it a sniff of carb cleaner and still wouldn't start. Pulled th RC12YC plug out ---- Hmmm why has the gap been closed ---- Oh thats right it is supposed to have a RJ19LM. Checked and found the valve just pushed the gap closed, with the wrong plug. Well still had to clean the old gas out of the carb before it ran.

At least the snowblower had more sense than the one that put it the wrong and that is pretty bad comment about the one that put it in there, No working brain. Probably has to have a smartphone to tell them to get out of bed to go to pee. Then it has to tell them how to pee.

Just thought they were blind tell the difference between the one they took out and the one they put in, of course maybe he just had too much liquid encouragement. But google has all the answers and he may have Googled it.
How many times has a person showed up to the parts counter and said "I need a spark plug for a snowblower". "Sir what kind and model"? "I don't know but it looks like the one overthere, Can't you just give me a spark plug, after all they are all the same, right?"

Then probably an AI told him it would work.

And I do get those customers to come in that ask for parts, that has go back and get the info for me to look up the correct parts. Usually it only takes a couple times.

But there are some so dumb it isn't funny. Like the customer yesterday. I already told him to take his truck to his vehicle mechanic to fix a water leak several times. But he is just keep driving it until the engine locks up. Today I am going by his place and check the heater hoses as there is a lot antifreeze on top the right head at the intake manifold. I haven't work on a C1500 other than the brakes and don't really want to start. Those front calipers were rusted solid. Just didn't want him killing someone because of no brakes.

He just has to buy that rust bucket. Even his uncle told him to not buy it but the slick paint job got him.

AI= Absolute Idiot

It has become disturbing in a very short time how people think an internet search engine is absolute truth.

What happened to due diligence?

Can't even begin to count the times I have seen pretty sell a piece of junk. We used to paint the feeder housings on combines and were told how good the machines looked don't know but bet we sold some because of the paint. Even had a fellow buy an older combine because the newer combine had the rear hood dented where someone had backed into a tree.

I don't flip a lot of equipment and don't really like doing it but when i do i spray it down with WD40 and wipe it down real good. Makes paint shine and plastics look like new. Doubles the price i can get.

Only comments... It takes all kinds of idiots to make the world go around. From simple to complete but we have to give them some credit at least they still got a brain even though some do have the bare minimum to stay alive. Those barely operate on auto pilot.

But hey we all have our own hang ups too. I do my best to learn from my mistakes. No shame in admitting to your mistake as long as you learn not to do it again. At least I admit it and learn not to do it again hopefully.

Ever heard the saying "Humans can screw-up things but it take a computer to really foul things up."? Hence AI.
