1. Were rude and indifferent
2. Too busy to help a customer
3. On break or goofing off somewhere
4. Either knew nothing about the products
5. Or were know-it-alls
6. Kept pressuring me to buy a service contract
7. Kept trying to bait-and switch
8 Were very poorly informed of possible problem areas
9. Had no clue as to how long the warranty was, and,
Worst of all, kept staring at my girlfriend's chest the whole time we were there.
The store itself:
1. Was cluttered and disorganized
2. Had almost no carts to move things with
3. Had no staff at the customer service desk
4. Had only one checkout lane open
5. They had little stock on hand, except display samples
6. Special orders took two months, and
7. Had to be paid in full first
8. The selection was poor
9. The selection was overpriced, and,
Worst of all, the restrooms were filthy and used cheap toilet paper
The parts section:
1. Limited selection, way overpriced
2. Minimal printed information or catalogs
3. Stock scattered all over, few individual price tags attached
4. No assistance finding what you need
5. Special orders not available
Last but not least:
1. I have to drive 20 miles one way to get there
2. They will not accept my Wally World credit card
3. No food or beverage service is available
4. No customer lounge, with big screen TV, and,
Worst of all, they banned me last year for trying to steal a Lawn-Boy mower....:laughing:
JD, it probably is too late but you really should consider cooking your pork to higher internal temps.

I have stayed out of this so far, (and probably should now) but I just think this is pushing the wrong buttons.
I believe robert had the right intentions in letting everyone know that people should check out everything about how a company and dealer or store would handle people after the sale when there are problems.
Yes, there is humor in this situation, but let's not aim it at anyone who had good initial intentions.
Let's not fight when we are all here because we like / love mowers and possibly, would like to help others who may have problems with their machines.
