i have a kobota tg 1860 sometimes it just clicks when i try to start it-new battery, silonoide and
starter checked out ok

Check battery cables, remove both cables and check both ends. Also check for loose wires

I had one of the same models that was doing the same things, I even replaced all of the same things. Try to locating the ground, not the ground for the battery but the main ground to clean it also. my repairman cleaned all of those the ones on the batterys and the main one. I decided to trade it in on a new BX and from the time I picked it up untill I traded it a day later it started just fine.
