Testing the armature for voltage Honda GX110 HRS21

I have a older GX110 Honda push mower. I need to know like if you hook up a multimeter to the spark plug cap and then pull over the engine, what is the minimum voltage to be acceptable?

multimeters are Not designed to do what you have in mind... In fact you will permanently damage them by exceeding their range.

Are you just interested in this, or having a problem with the mower (no spark)?

Here are the two resistance tests (meter set to OHMS) you can do on the ignition coil:
