As long as the dog was not attached, that is the important part -- start cutting the leash, If the blade will come off, it will probably be easier. End nippers, razor knife, whatever works. there is probably no way to save the leash anyway.

hmm. btw, I'm a kid, and my dad is about to come home and he will be P.O'd. haha. Do you think there will be any problems? possibly broken mower?

I doubt that it damaged the mower -- but the leash is probably toast. :laughing:
