"governor may need to be adjusted for the static position"
I an having a problem with governor adjustment. I do not
understand the static position. Any pictures or GOOD diagram
of the adjustment? I have tried nine ways from Sunday and
can't seem to make it work correctly. Over rev and no idle
seem to be the way it goes most times.
