tax write off question

I'm traveling tomorrow to buy an enclosed trailer for my business. Can I write off the mileage and the trailer itself? I think the answer is yes but I need some input. I'm just starting out for the most part so give me a break lol.

Yes you can claim miles and the trailer and a meal.

I got audited by the IRS a few years ago. Send 2 guys out if town for a week long job I told them to eat good. Well they went to a to expensive restaurant. The irs said they ate to good to be there for work.

Thanks for the reply. I thought I could claim it but wanted to make sure. So did they make you take the meal off? Lol
