TANK L 60 - will not start after running for a while

I'm taking it back to the dealer, but thought I'd run it by here as well.

Brand new Tank L60, less than 5 hrs on it. I start it, cut the grass for a bit... Oh look, something in the yard so I have to get off the mower to go pick it up. Shut off the blades, set the brake, throttle down, turn off the mower. Pick up item... get back on mower, turn key.. Nothing.. no click of a relay, or anything. So, I check the brake, make sure PTO is turned off, put key back in and I hear the relay click by turning key, but when I turn to crank engine, nothing... doesnt even try to turn engine. I sit, and look for a while making sure the brake is set, and that I'm on the seat properly... I turn the key again.. it starts...

It does this almost every cut.

Thanks, in advance, and once the dealer resolves it, I'll post my findings.

At the factory it was coffee break time.
Guy forgot to tighten a connection when he can back, that he had just loosely connected.

Yeah, I'm thinking it is in the brake switch. I reached down under and it did not feel tight.

Always worth while to take it back.
If nothing else it starts a warrantee file should have ended up with one of those Monday morning hangover numbers that slipped past QC.

I have a RTZS 50 and it done the same thing. I took it back to the dealer with less than five hours. It had about 10 hours on it when i got it back. They ended up putting a new starter on it and it fixed the problem. They said when the starter gets hot it will not start until it cools down. Works good now,
