I bought a digital tach and installed it today on my Ariens Ikon 52 with the 23 hp Kawasaki engine with 3 hrs. It read 3250 at full throttle.
What should full throttle RPM be?

3600RPM no load conditions. If you bought it from a servicing Ariens/Gravely dealer, take it back to them for adjustment.
