Swing blades on GHS Walker?

I was wondering what the reason is for no options for swing blades on GHS mowers is ??? I imaginge that swing blades would make a better, cleaner cut. Maybe the swing blades aren't efficient enough at shooting the grass clippings out the back??? Has anyone tried this, please?
 
Swing backs are available
I have a set sitting down stairs waiting to go on a customers mower.
AFAIK they are considered "unsafe " in the USA but they are definately fitted to Aust & NZ models
All of the customers I have are running the 42" decks
