swaping harborfreight engine onto toro

I have a toro with the briggs quantum I give up this engine I want to put a harbor freight engine on it how difficult is it? Will I be able to use the same pulley and blade as my toro? I love my gator blade

I don't have any first hand experience with the swap you mention. But, if you go to the Harbor Freight site, you can download the manual for each of their engines. The manual shows detailed foot print and power take-off measurements and diagrams. This should at least give you an idea if it will work or not. Hope this helps!
