Hi, My Hustler super Z mini's honda GXV670 is blown after 700 hours. I'm looking to swap the engine. The Honda's shaft size was 1.125 (diameter) x 3.75 (length), and I would ideally like to keep the original pulley and PTO. I'm having a hard time finding a used riding mower with a 1.125 shaft size. It seems like they are all 1". Also, unlike most mowers I work on, the Hustler has the throttle and choke cables coming from the left side of the engine (facing the front of the engine). I think the only other engine that I've had with the cables coming from the left is a Kohler 7000 series. Any suggestions for a compatible engine?
