I've had this mower for a few months, replaced fuel pump and carb (cheap clone carb)
It worked great for a while.
Now it doesn't
It will start fine with just a little choke and work great for 10 minutes or so then it begins surging and losing power until it dies.
I've been over everything once, filter, fuel flow, carb cleaning, float, and coils.
I've asked all the smart small engine guys I know and so far none have comes up with anything I have not already tried.
This is the Kawasaki 17HP, liquid cooled.
This engine probably has a LOT of hours on it.
I would be grateful for any new ideas or revisiting the old ideas.
thanks

Clean the debris out of the fuel tank.
Replace the fuel line from the tank to the pump.
If it has a canister on the tank vent replace that as well.
