Sthil 4082 ride on starting issue

Hi, got a stihl 4082 ride on, recently when I start it has very high revs then blows ignition fuse and dies. Hope someone can help, it's at end of my garden broke and can't find any mower mechanic to come look at it. Tried you tube, AI, Google and closest answer I can find is definitely the starter solenoid and also that it definitely isnt the starter solenoid. Any help greatly appreciated, using a walk behind mower now which is killing me. Oh not sure it helps but it's always taken quite a few goes for it to start. Cheers.
 
Sounds like you have a fuel problem, engine revs high on starting, and electrical problem, blows fuse . Please post anll Engine numbers so we know which engine you have. Stihl used four different engine manufacturers.
