steering shaft replacement the bolt on the bottom end wont stay tight

After steering shaft replacement the bolt on the bottom end wont stay tight keeps coming off any help with this. did same thing all youtube videos did.

Have you tried putting a lock washer under the bolt?

I would avoid the red Loctite instead use the blue Loctite. Also doesn't hurt to use the Permatex 24163 surface prep and accelerator spray. I know it is hard to find locally here as I have to order mine through Amazon but it is well worth it.
