Stator

Hello, will a HR215HMA with electric start have a stator, I am looking at a parts diagram and it doesn't show one, it shows the rectifier and other electrical starting parts.

No charging system on that unit. Battery is charged with an external charger.

Just found the owners manual, it does say the engine will chage the battery while running, that's why I looked for a stator in the parts diagram.

using Jacks for a parts diagram (there was no serial number posted by the OP so no idea if it is the correct one) the flywheel is 31100ZE6802 and the coil and charge assembly is no longer available but it was 31630ZG9003 31630-ZG9-003 .

Sin for lawnmower is MZAM-6224314.
