Starts but stalls

I have an Exmark Metro with a 15 horse Kawasaki engine. When I engage the PTO or put it in gear it stalls right out. I just replaced the coils. Any ideas? Thank you.

That sounds like a safety switch. Check the one in the seat. Check them all.
