Starts but dies as soopn as clutch is released

19.5 2cylinder Briggs stratton, 42 inch hydrogear transaxle but has clutch also. How do I isolated the problem When the clutch is depressed, ate all the other systems by passed?

Yes when the clutch/brake is depressed all other switches are bypassed.

Most likely it is going to be the seat switch.

Make sure the switch is plugged in and no broke wires. If plugged in then unplug it and give it a try.

Report back with the results and we can go from there.
