This Echo Trimmer will not spin fast enough to cut grass, It runs fine just really slow. I have practically re-built the entire fuel system and carb. What am I missing?

New spark plug and air filter. Use 93 octane gas and Echo 2 cycle oil.

Echos are bad at getting grass wound up between the head and shaft. Just double check that area and make sure its clean.

If the engine is running at full RPMs then it's going to be a loose head or a bad clutch or cable

Turns out that removing the exaust and scraping out the Carbon Build-up from the motor, fixed it!

Using the new echo"powerfuel" canned premix will help clean out the carbon from the engine as you use it, and free up stuck piston rings. good luck.

The problem of carbon is not rly the gas, its the burning of the oil. Cleaning the exhaust port is good regular practice and I believe echo and other 2 cycle manufacturers should include it in there regularly scheduled maintenance and manuals

OK, if the fuel burning doesn't create carbon, then what's all that carbon inside your car's 4 cycle combustion chamber?

Have you even tried the premixed canned fuels? The modern 2 cycle jaso FD oils are much better at keeping deposits to a minimum in the correct application and proper engine tune.

Every 2 cycle owners manual I've read does state that exhaust cleaning is a regular maintenance item.

Car 4 cycle ref...worn valve guide or bad guide seal will admit oil and can coke up exh port. Just sayin'...

Dirty oil splashes around making stuff dirty as well. Take your 4 cycle exhaust off your mower and look in the exhaust port tell me if you see carbon.

Petrol does not create carbon build up, its the fuel addictives that create build up as they don't burn as well or as complete like petrol and yet people still use sta-bil
