I picked up an electric Snow Joe to do the deck and steps. Since instructions are enclosed on replacing the plastic rotor and it does look fragile, has anyone here had some experience with this machine?
I bought something just about as the same thing as the Snow Joe but it was made by Toro called a electric snow shovel. Yes it did work (but) I found a hand snow shovel was just as fast and less work. I don't think Toro makes them any more.
Gave the Snow Joe it's first test. It works well and does what I want which is not lifting a shovelful of wet snow over the deck railing. It was only 2 inches of wet snow, but the machine blew it up and over, and through the spindles.
