Snapper sick

I have a snapper 12hp Briggs, when the engine gets hot it cut off, after it cools it starts up again. Maybe run for 15 min.. Replaced plug, fuel filter, cleaned carb.

One easy test as soon as it shuts down check for spark.
The most common thing is the coil gets hot and shorts its self out. Cools off and works fine again for 10 or so mins

I checked spark after it stopped and it was sparking good

What am I looking for exactly ?

The gas cap is vented yours should have a valve on it you can open or close make Sure it is open.
Or when it start to stall out take the cap off and see if it keeps running. You can clean the cap.
